You can think of a business health check like taking your business to the GP. You'll get a diagnosis and either some help to resolve the problem or a referral to a specialist to help with your specific needs.

We will go through a fun but thorough process of asking questions of you and your teams to establish your current systems and their efficacy. This includes a survey, interviews with your team members and some competitor research.

Detailed report

We will present our findings in a detailed report and include our ideas for areas to focus your attention in the short term, medium term and long term.

Sign-posting

Once we’ve shared everything with you, we will point you in the direction of partners to help implement the ideas we generate together.
